Ken Hill is the Founder and Chairman of the Board for National Health Coalition, Inc.®, holding company for PDX, Inc® and National Health Information Network, Inc.®. For over 30 years, Ken’s focus on developing interoperable, patient-centric technology has made PDX and NHIN market leaders in pharmacy software solutions and services.

Jeff Farris
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Farris joins the EHR Data team as Interim CEO and Chairman of the Board. He was infinitely trusted by Founder, Ken Hill, and previously worked for PDX, Inc., Mr. Hill’s former company, where he served diligently for over 26 years. At PDX, Jeff held executive roles including CIO, President, and most recently, CEO.
Steve Lawrence
President
Steve Lawrence is an accomplished healthcare executive with experience developing and guiding strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical management software and analytical product industry. His recent roles included Senior Vice President of Independent and Alternate Care Sales at Cardinal Health and CEO of Arclight Systems, LLC. Steve has a deep-seeded acumen for providing the industry with innovative products and exceeding customer requirements.
Ron Austring
Chief Scientist & Consultant
Ron Austring is president of Daedalos, Inc., a technology consulting company. He’s founded several pharmacy software companies including Zadall Systems Group Inc., G/H Plus Pharmacy Systems, American Data Systems, PDX Inc., RxStudio and Drugstore.com. Ron also worked for Walmart, Inc. as a consultant and as the Senior Director of Technology.
Louis Martinez
Chief Information Officer
Louis Martinez is a strong proponent of utilizing data insights and new technology to help improve everyday healthcare and patient outcomes. Previously, he led Citibank’s North America and Latin America IT platforms and infrastructure teams. He was also CIO of Omnisys, a national firm focusing on healthcare transaction processing.
Tammy Reed
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer and CPA, Tammy implements the company’s strategic vision to foster business growth. Tammy served National Health Coalition, Inc. for over 20 years in Accounting and strategic business development. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration as well as a Master’s of Professional Accounting degrees from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Tracy Hill
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tracy’s focus is person/patient advocacy & education, industry relations, new business development, team growth, and works closely with technologists for person care. She believes in people owning their health by giving them the tools to communicate their unique stories with their trusted care providers safely and securely. Before this role, she led marketing, new business development, innovation and sales efforts at PDX, Inc.
Meghann Chilcott
Vice President, Integrations
With a wealth of experience at all levels, Meghann brings not only familiarity and accolades, but also a passion for improved patient advocacy. As a member of the Forbes Tech Council, Meghann brings a valuable perspective to those in the healthcare and technology industry. She earned a Masters in Biomedical Informatics from Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine as well as an MBA and BS in Information Technology.
Trey Ferguson
Vice President, Development
Prior to his involvement with EHR Data, Trey led the development teams for PDX’s clinical services tool, Care Rx®. He also served as the Director of Inventory and Fulfillment at Prime Therapeutics, a pharmacy benefit manager. Trey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration–Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
Russ Reed
Vice President, Support & Operations
Russ has a proven history of serving customers. He started with pc I professional systems, Inc. in 1992 and spent the majority of his 28 years at PDX in a variety of consulting or support roles. Russ led the Support team for over 12 years growing it from its infancy to become a full service 24/7 support center with staff in three countries. He graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in chemistry.
