Scoring is awarded for each correct pick, plus a round multiplier as outlined below. So correct picks are worth more as the tournament progresses.

- 1. The overall winner will get FOUR TICKETS to any 2025 Dallas Cowboys regular season home game of your choice. Tickets are in section C112, on row 9 (at the 30 yd line)

SECOND PLACE
- You may not get free tickets to a Cowboy game, but you will get a $200 gift card!
THIRD PLACE
- It wasn’t a total bust because you will get a $100 gift card.
The Rules
1. Eligibility
• Contestants must be U.S. residents 18 years old or older. Synerio employees and their families are not eligible for contest prizes. No purchase necessary.
2. Entry Methods
• How to Enter: Contestants must register at https://bracket.synerio.com between March 1, 2025, and the tipoff of the first game of the 2025 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
• Multiple Entries: Contestants may submit multiple brackets (max of 69), however only the most recent bracket submitted by a contestant prior to the registration deadline will be used in consideration for contest prizes.
3. Prize Details
• Prize Description:
– The grand prize is a package of four tickets to any single Dallas Cowboys regular season home game of their choosing from the 2025 schedule and a stadium parking pass. This prize does not include any incurred travel costs, lodging, meals or other incidental expenses associated with game attendance.
– The second-place price is $200 Visa gift card.
– The third-place price is $100 Visa gift card.
• Prize Value: The approximate value of the Dallas Cowboys ticket package is $2,800. Gift card values are as stated. Participants are responsible for any tax liabilities associated with prizes.
• No Cash Alternative: The Dallas Cowboys tickets and parking pass may not be exchanged for cash alternative.
4. Winner Selection
• Winner Selection: The contestant with the highest cumulative score after the championship game wins. In the event of a tie, Synerio will use the following methods in order to break the tie. 1) Total points scored in the championship game. 2) Margin of victory for the champion (if needed). 3) Earliest date and time of the bracket submission (if needed).
• Notification Process: Winners will be notified within 7 calendar days of the championship game via email.
5. Claiming the Prize
• Winner’s Responsibilities: Prizes must be claimed by winners within 7 calendar days from date of notification.
• Alternate Winner: The Cowboys ticket package will be offered to the second and if necessary, the third-place winner if they go unclaimed.
• Delivery of Prizes:
– The Dallas Cowboys ticket package and parking pass will be sent to the to the electronically after being issued and made available to Synerio Technologies, Inc through the ticketing platform. Winners will be required to register with and install the appropriate ticketing system app in order to receive the tickets and parking pass.
– Gift cards will be sent to second- and third-place winners via the United States Postal Service.
6. General Terms
• Publicity: Winners’ names may be used by Synerio Technologies, Inc. for promotional purposes.
• No Liability: Synerio Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for lost or delayed tickets and gift cards. Ticket package winner and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synerio Technologies, Inc. and agree to accept all risks and liabilities related to their travel and game attendance.
• Modification/Termination: Synerio reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest if needed. In the unlikely event that the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament should be cancelled for any unforeseen reason, this contest will also immediately be cancelled.
• Legal Jurisdiction: These terms are to be governed under the courts and laws of Fort Worth, Texas.
7. Privacy Policy
• Data Collection and Usage: Personal information collected will be used for contest purposes only and will not be shared with third parties. By registering and agreeing to these Terms, contest users consent for their information to be collected by Synerio. Participants also hereby opt in to receiving contest related emails from Synerio.
• Opt-Out: Participants may opt out of receiving contest related emails at any time during the contest by using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
